When making a payment in our B2B store, you use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure online credit card processing.
CorvusPay ensures the complete confidentiality of your card information from the moment you enter it into the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never has access to the full details of your payment card. Additionally, the data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay system employees. An isolated core independently processes and manages sensitive information, keeping it completely secure.
The payment data entry form is secured with the highest-reliability SSL encryption. All stored data is further protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard.
CorvusPay meets all online payment security requirements set by the leading card brands and operates in accordance with the PCI DSS Level 1 standard — the highest security standard in the payment card industry.
When paying with cards enrolled in the 3-D Secure program, your bank additionally verifies your identity using a token or password, in addition to validating the card itself.
Corvus Info treats all collected information as bank confidential and handles it accordingly. The information is used solely for its intended purposes. Your sensitive data is completely secure, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most advanced protective mechanisms. Only the data necessary for conducting transactions in accordance with the prescribed stringent online payment procedures is collected.
The security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the immediate reliability of the CorvusPay system. Additionally, strict access control, regular security monitoring, in-depth vulnerability checks, and systematic implementation of information security provisions continuously maintain and enhance the system’s security, safeguarding your card data.

Order Confirmation and Payment
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email at the address provided in your order, containing the order details and payment instructions.
If you do not receive a confirmation, please check:
- Whether the message is in your Junk/Spam folder.
- Whether your mailbox is full.
- Whether the email address information was entered correctly.
An e-invoice is issued for each order and sent to the customer’s email address.
Payment Methods
Payment for ordered products can be made using the following methods:
- Bank Transfer / Internet Banking – the goods are shipped once the payment is reflected in our bank account (usually the next business day after the payment).
- Payment by credit and debit cards via the CorvusPay system – the goods are shipped immediately after the card is successfully authorized.
- Payment on agreed terms – for regular partners with whom we have a signed business cooperation agreement.

Product Delivery
Products are delivered after payment is received or the card is successfully authorized, unless a different payment method has been agreed upon with the Customer.
The standard delivery time for Croatia is 1–3 business days, except for certain islands and the Dubrovnik area.
Delivery is carried out via GLS courier services and, if necessary, specialized pallet transporters.
