Payment Methods

Products are ordered by selecting items within the B2B store and completing the electronic form. An order is considered received when the customer completes the entire ordering process and receives an automatic system confirmation.

All prices in the B2B store are shown excluding VAT, unless otherwise stated. An e-invoice is issued for each order to the legal entity or sole proprietor details provided during the order.

Payment for ordered products can be made using the following methods:

1. Bank Transfer / Internet Banking

When choosing this payment method, you will receive a quote/proforma invoice at your email address with all the necessary payment details. Payment can be made using internet banking or via a bank, post office, FINA, etc. Goods are shipped once the payment is reflected in our bank account (usually the next business day after payment).

2. Payment by Credit and Debit Cards (CorvusPay)

Online payments are processed through the CorvusPay system. We accept the following cards:

  • Mastercard®
  • Maestro®
  • Visa
  • Diners
  • Visa Premium

Online Payment Security
The confidentiality of your data is protected and secured through SSL encryption. Internet payment pages are secured using the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption. SSL encryption is a method of encoding data to prevent unauthorized access during transmission.

This ensures secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized access to information during communication between the user’s computer and the CorvusPay service, and vice versa. CorvusPay and financial institutions exchange data via a virtual private network (VPN) protected from unauthorized access.

CorvusPay does not store credit card numbers, and the data is not accessible to unauthorized persons.

Conversion Statement (for foreign cards)
All payments will be made in euros (EUR). The amount charged to your card is obtained by converting the euro price into your local currency according to the current exchange rate of the card networks.

3. Payment on Agreed Terms

For regular partners with whom we have a signed business cooperation agreement, payment with deferred terms or according to other agreed models is possible, in accordance with the settings of your B2B user account.
